Imagine tiny coffee ninjas scaling super-steep slopes in Bucaramanga, dodging those notorious heavy rains that try to swipe their precious soil (thank goodness for those sturdy Bourbon tree roots – they're the real MVPs!). Each bean is lovingly plucked by hand, one at a time, because these farmers are all about that VIP treatment. Our Decaf Colombian still gives you that familiar fruity hug with a generous helping of acidity, retains the medium-bodied smoothness, but you'll be able to sleep like a baby when you need to.
